Subscription Management
How to Access Billing
- From the homepage, click the profile icon in the top-right corner
- Go to Settings
- Click Billing
From there you can view your current plan, manage your subscription, update your payment method, and download invoices.
Plans & Credits
Prompt To App uses a credit-based system. Credits are consumed each time the AI generates or modifies code.

Within each plan you can choose your credit tier (e.g. 100, 125, or 150 for Essentials). Annual billing saves ~25%.
A one-time credit pack option is also available on the pricing page.
Upgrade
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Upgrade
- Choose your new plan and credit tier
- Complete checkout via Stripe
Upgrades take effect immediately.
Downgrade or Cancel
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Change Plan or Cancel Subscription
Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep full access until then.
After cancellation, your projects remain accessible in read-only mode.
Switch Billing Period
To switch between monthly and annual:
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Switch to Annual (or Monthly)
Switching to annual applies at the next renewal.
Payment Methods
Add, update, or remove payment methods from Settings → Billing → Payment Methods.
Accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other major cards via Stripe.
Invoices
All invoices are available in Settings → Billing → Invoices. You can download them as PDF for expense reports or accounting.
Invoices are also sent automatically to your account email after each payment.
Storage Limits
- Essentials & Plus: 300MB per project
- Ultra: 500MB per project
If you reach your storage limit, delete unused files or upgrade your plan.
Credits Running Out?
If you run out of credits before the end of your billing cycle, you can:
- Upgrade to a higher credit tier
- Wait for the next renewal
- Purchase a one-time credit pack
